Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

· Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

· Provide technical support to internal teams.

· Install, configure, and update software applications.

Software Development & Testing

· Assist in developing, testing, and debugging applications.

· Write clean and documented code under guidance.

· Support software deployment and maintenance.

Database & Systems

· Maintain databases and system records.





· Monitor system performance and report issues.

· Assist with data backup and recovery.

Research & Innovation

· Research new technologies and tools.

· Suggest automation and process improvements.

· Prepare technical documentation.

Team Collaboration

· Work with cross-functional teams.

· Participate in technical meetings and knowledge sharing.
