Key Job Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Initiate cold calls, follow up on leads, and nurture prospects to gauge interest.
Site Visit Scheduling: Convert prospects into site visits by scheduling meetings for sales agents.
Property Information: Explain property details, including location, price, and amenities.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas for calls, leads, and site visits.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in local languages/English.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Attributes: High energy, persuasive, and able to handle all types of calls.
