The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail store management, team handling, sales, and customer service while ensuring smooth store operations and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the store sales team.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
Handle billing,
cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Resolve customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in a retail clothing/fashion store.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Valuable understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using billing/POS systems.
Graduate preferred.
