Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive showroom profitability through effective sales strategies.
Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and premium shopping experience.
Monitor daily sales, conversions, and KPIs.
Manage staff attendance, scheduling, leave, and performance.
Ensure visual merchandising and showroom standards are maintained.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct stock audits.
Minimize stock discrepancies and ensure asset security.
Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Brand teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the showroom and cash management.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
58 years of retail experience, with at least .
Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
