Solar File Executive – PM Surya Ghar & UHBVN

Swastik Enterprises is looking for a responsible and experienced Solar File Executive to manage residential solar customer documentation and online portal work.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage residential solar customer files.
Collect and verify Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, electricity bill, bank passbook and other required documents.
Handle PM Surya Ghar Yojana portal registration and customer applications.
Manage vendor selection, agreement upload and application status.
Handle UHBVN solar connection and net-metering-related work.
Track feasibility approval, bank loan, installation, DCR and subsidy stages.
Upload customer documents correctly on government and electricity-board portals.
Follow up with customers for missing documents and pending processes.




Maintain accurate customer records and daily file-status updates.
Coordinate with customers, office staff and the solar installation team.

Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana and solar documentation.
Experience with UHBVN, CSC or government portal work will be preferred.
Valuable computer, internet, email, scanning and document-uploading skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidate should be responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduates will be preferred.
Freshers with robust computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Male and female candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month. Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, knowledge and work performance.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
