We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Insurance Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and promoting suitable insurance products. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, have a persuasive personality, and be able to build trust with customers over phone calls. Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads.

Explain insurance products, features, benefits, and policy terms in a explicit and professional manner.

Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication until closure.

Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.





Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and communication.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Odia is an added advantage).

Good understanding of Insurance and Financial Products.

Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain skilled relationships with customers.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.

Robust listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Mutual Funds, Banking, or other Financial Services.

Experience in outbound sales calling and lead conversion.
