Role &

responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable 3D printing solutions. Prepare and share quotations (RFQs).



Coordinate with Design and Production teams for smooth order execution.

Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests. Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication. Deliver excellent customer service and build solid customer relationships. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering .

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Customer support, customer service, or inside sales experience will be an added advantage.
