We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Psychiatric Nurse to provide protected, patient-centered mental healthcare while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Safety
Monitor patient wellbeing and respond promptly to changes.
Support high-risk patients with vigilance and empathy.
Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure a protected care workplace.
Medication Administration
Administer medications accurately as prescribed.
Maintain clear and timely documentation.
Observe and report any adverse reactions.
Admissions & Transfers
Follow established protocols during admissions and transfers.
Ensure patient dignity, respect, and calm communication.
Complete all required documentation.
Clinical Documentation
Maintain accurate nursing notes and incident records.
Provide explicit and structured shift handovers.
Controlled Medication Management
Maintain accurate drug registers and secure storage.
Report discrepancies immediately.
Professional Conduct
Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues.
Maintain composure in challenging situations.
Represent the organization with integrity.
Attendance & Professional Standards
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
Maintain skilled grooming and visible identification.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
