We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with product/service information.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound enquiries professionally. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Follow up with leads and maintain customer records. Schedule appointments for the sales team when required. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (PUC/12th Pass); graduates preferred. Positive communication skills in Kannada and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Basic computer skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
