Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at TOSSIN PIZZA in Gurugram.

The Store

Manager oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring smooth service during peak hours. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, handling guest concerns, and promoting a positive dining experience.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory, manages cash handling and basic reporting, and implements store policies to minimize loss and maintain compliance. The role also involves training team members, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to overall outlet performance and growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills,



including transparent verbal communication with guests and team members and the ability to give constructive feedback.
Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, managing schedules, and maintaining store standards.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, such as monitoring cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to operating procedures to reduce shrinkage.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in food and beverage or retail environments, basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
A track record of leadership, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work adaptable shifts, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
