We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our energetic team in Dewas. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our sales and customer engagement efforts, connecting with potential clients and cultivating lasting relationships. As a Telecaller, your communication skills and persuasive abilities will be integral to enhancing our brand presence and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
Maintain a detailed record of interactions and transactions with clients.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our offerings.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective questioning techniques.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Follow up with potential customers to uncover their needs and concerns.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.




Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
Continuously update your knowledge on product offerings and market trends.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales setting.
Solid verbal communication skills with a persuasive speaking style.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
