Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site mobilization to grid synchronization—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress.

Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and in office delivery schedules.

Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.

Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals,



compliance, and commissioning support.

Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health.
