Role Description The Technical Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position involves providing technical and customer support to clients by responding to queries, identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting software or hardware-related issues, documenting cases, escalating complex problems when necessary, and following up to confirm successful resolution. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with customers, collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes,



and contributing to a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle queries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret problems, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a technical support or service desk role in IT, Non-IT, or BPO environments is an advantage.
Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
