– Telecaller (Outbound) We are hiring Telecallers (Outbound) for Frankfinn. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining Frankfinn's courses, generating leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and following up with interested candidates. You will maintain call records, update CRM data, and achieve daily calling and conversion targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidates should possess robust communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
