– Telecaller (Female) Position: Telecaller (Female) Location: Vadodara (Work from Office) Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in Vadodara. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads , follow up with them, and invite them to visit our showroom. This is a customer engagement role focused on communication and follow-up.

There are no sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated from Meta Ads and Google Ads . Make approximately 100–120 calls per day . Follow up with interested customers regularly. Explain basic information about our products/services.

Invite customers to visit our showroom. Handle leads from Vadodara and Rajkot locations. Maintain accurate call records and update customer status in the CRM or lead management system. Coordinate with the showroom team regarding customer visits.





Requirements Female candidates only. Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage). Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day. Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead records. Positive attitude, patience, and valuable follow-up skills. Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
