As a Technical Account Manager at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between our clients and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, ensure the successful implementation of our solutions, and drive customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and will work closely with various internal teams to facilitate project delivery and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Understand customer priorities, challenges, and technology roadmap, aligning THBS capabilities to customer needs.
Identify prospects for account growth, cross-selling, and current engagements.
Represent customer feedback internally and help shape solution offerings.
Travel to customer locations and setting up meeting with Stakeholders





Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience Technical + Client facing individual
Understanding of one or more of the following technology areas:
Integration & APIs
Data & Analytics
Cloud Platforms
AI / GenAI solutions
Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Self-driven, proactive, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred
Experience working with telecom operators or large enterprise customers.
Exposure to digital transformation, modernization, or managed services engagements.
Existing relationships within BT or other telecom customers would be an advantage.
