Job Opening: Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound calls for the FMCG sector process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
⁠Make feedback calls, Order follow ups and payment chaser calls, etc.
Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and proper follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in telecalling, customer support or telesales.
⁠Experience in FMCG sector or hotel management field will be an advantage.
Computer knowledge and experience in admin tasks.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and Google Sheets.
