The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia''s workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and up-to-date cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Red Hat Idm specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role. Solve service problems and escalated incidents.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components.
Monitor the current workplace and take proactive actions tomaintainthe service.
Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments.
Interface withIdmT3Members Lead,Architect andService Delivery Managementfor all round discussions.

Qualifications

You have:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science with4+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux operatingsystems(or other Linuxoperatingsystems)



and1+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Identity Management (Idm).
Intermediateunderstanding and hands-on experience with Red Hat IDM server and client installation and configuration and with Red Hat IDM operations (users/groups/hosts management, policies configuration,etc).
Basicunderstanding and hands-on experience with different services on Linux operatingsystems(certificate system, Kerberos KDC, DNS Server, NTP Server,etc).
KnowledgeofLDAP, Apache, Kerberos Linux OS Fundamentals for troubleshootingday-to-dayissues.
Knowledge of Bash Scripts running basic scripts for recurring tasks.
ExposureofMonitoring Tools (Zabbix) proactiveapproach on alerts.

It would be nice if you also had:
Experience inBash Scripting OS patching.
Experience of working on multiple Linux OS platforms like: RHEL, Rocky, Debian Ubuntu
KnowledgeofCloud Platforms.
KnowledgeofNIS (Network Information System).
Knowledgeofanyother identity management products.
