Opened- 2 Qualification- Any Graduate Languages Known: Hindi & English Experience- Fresher or experienced / Roles & Responsibilities Making inbound and outbound calls and mail communication with customers.

Maintaining Lead Database records of the Clients & Prospects, department wise data.

Maintain Periodic Status Reports, Activities Reports, Calls Done, and Follow-up Reports.

Recording Client’s Feedback whenever required. (As Per Company).

Supporting other office staff with organizational tasks.

Sorting and distributing information timely.

Skills Required Computer Literate: Excellent command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Valuable Typing Speed.

Positive Communication Skills (English & Hindi ).

Adaptable to changes.
