We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to manage field sales activities, strengthen customer relationships, and promote the company's products within the assigned territory. The role involves regular visits to doctors, clinics, laboratories, and trade partners to ensure timely order collection, product promotion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, laboratories, and assigned customers as per the planned route for order collection and product delivery.
Collect cases/orders from doctors and verify that all required documents and components are complete before processing.
Coordinate with laboratories to ensure timely execution and delivery of work.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow up for timely resolution.
Promote new products and educate existing customers on upgraded product variants.
Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
Generate orders for trade materials and ensure timely delivery of previous orders.
Collect payments and deposit daily cash collections at the designated bank.
Maintain robust relationships with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
Track sales performance, maintain daily activity reports, and share market feedback with the Area Sales Manager.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
