Position: Trade Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive channel strategies, retail execution, and market growth initiatives. The role will act as a bridge between the Sales and Marketing teams, developing trade programs that enhance product visibility, strengthen channel performance, and support business growth across retail and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and implement in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and point-of-sale initiatives to improve brand visibility.
Collaborate with sales teams, marketing teams, distributors, and channel partners for effective execution of campaigns.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate ROI of promotional activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts.
Support new product launches through channel activation plans and visibility programs.
Drive execution across General Trade (GT), Contemporary Trade (MT),



E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve market penetration.
Support category and product management initiatives based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, BTL Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Channel Marketing.
Experience in FMCG industry with exposure to GT, MT, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
Strong understanding of retail execution, shopper marketing, and channel strategies.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving market visibility.
