Assist in tea tasting and valuation of Assam CTC, Orthodox, and Dooars teas.
Coordinate and manage daily tea tasting schedules and tasting room operations.
Prepare auction-related reports and MIS, including auction catalogues, post-sale analyses, broker performance reports, sales trend reports, and auction timing analysis.
Generate periodic business reports covering sales performance, buyer-wise analysis, auction realization, volume trends, and year-on-year comparative performance.
Co ordinate offers for Domestic and International buyers Compare Head Office, Trade, and Muster samples and coordinate with the Quality/Marketing team for resolution of quality deviations.
Analyse market trends, auction results,
and pricing to support business decisions.
Maintain accurate marketing databases, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with brokers, buyers, internal stakeholders, and tea estates to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
