Territory Sales Manager

Location: Surat, Bharuch & Rajahmundry

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the Paper & Pulp industry.

Develop strong relationships with plant heads, production teams, technical stakeholders, and procurement teams.

Provide technical support related to paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, and process optimization.

Conduct plant visits, system analysis, troubleshooting, and product performance evaluations.





Identify opportunities for business expansion, product penetration, and customer retention.

Lead chemical trials and support implementation of Nalco Water solutions at customer sites.

Interpret operational data and recommend solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.

Promote Nalco Waters value-selling approach and digital solutions.

Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer success and service excellence.

Ensure compliance with Ecolab safety standards and customer safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years of experience in: Paper Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Process Chemical Sales, Industrial Water Treatment, Pulp & Paper Industry

Solid understanding of Paper machine operations, Wet end chemistry, Pulp mill operations, Chemical dosing systems, Process troubleshooting
