Technical Co-Founder (Equity-Based) About the Company Malakos AI is building an AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform that helps healthcare providers automate administrative workflows and improve financial performance.

Alongside our services business, Malakos Healthcare Solutions, we have spent the last six months working closely with healthcare revenue cycle processes. Those operational insights are now being translated into software that combines AI, automation, and workflow intelligence to simplify the entire revenue cycle.

Our vision is to build one of the leading AI platforms for healthcare operations.

About the Role I'm looking for a passionate Technical Co-Founder to join us in building Malakos AI from the ground up.

This is an equity-based founding prospect for someone who wants to create a long-term company rather than simply take on another engineering role.

You will help shape both the technology and the future direction of the business.

Responsibilities Lead technical architecture and product development

Build scalable SaaS applications

Design and implement AI-powered workflows

Develop secure APIs and third-party integrations

Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap





Help build and lead the engineering team as the company grows Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with Full-Stack Development

Experience building SaaS products

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

REST APIs and modern system architecture

AI/LLM integration experience is a plus

Startup or entrepreneurial mindset
