Designation- Senior Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Location- Bhopal -

Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Follow up on leads from seminars, social media, referrals, websites, cold data, and other sources.

Maintain accurate lead records and achieve call and conversion targets.

Counsel prospective students/parents on RI programs.

Convert leads into admissions or appointments.

Escalate complex cases to senior counsellors when required.

Develop and maintain telecalling SOPs, call scripts, follow-up processes, and reporting formats.

Continuously improve calling processes for better efficiency.

Train current team members on calling etiquette, SOPs, data handling, and lead conversion.

Conduct mock calls and ensure communication quality.

Share daily reports and coordinate with marketing and counselling teams.

Maintain data accuracy and provide feedback on lead quality.

Meet targets for calls, follow-ups, qualified leads, and conversions.

Ensure high-quality communication and prompt response to current leads.
