Assist in preparing OP, IP, and emergency patient bills.
Verify patient details, services, investigations, and consumables before billing.
Enter billing data accurately into the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Support insurance and corporate billing documentation.
Assist patients with billing-related queries in a courteous manner.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain billing records and ensure proper filing of documents.
Follow hospital policies on billing, cash handling, confidentiality, and data security.
Support end-of-day billing reconciliation and reporting.
Perform other duties assigned by the Billing In-charge or Department Head.
