Key Responsibilities

Business Development &
Sales
Identify, prospect, and generate recent business opportunities in the US market for IT services such as Application Development, Digital Transformation, Data &
Analytics, Cloud, QA, and Support services.
Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from Database management to lead generation.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
Conduct business discussions, presentations, and capability demos with US clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during initial engagement stages.

Market Intelligence &
Reporting
Research market trends, competitor offerings,



and customer needs in the US IT services market.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Required Qualifications &
Experience
Passion to excel in Business Development / Sales within the IT Services industry
Must be interested in selling IT services to US-based customers.
Must be interested in Cold calling and willing to make 100 calls a day
