We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team and expand our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. Generate sales through outbound calling and follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

Respond to leads received from B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Exporters India. Qualify prospects and generate new business opportunities.



Build and maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

Maintain a database of prospective customers and sales leads. Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales conversions. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling B2B sales and dealer/distributor management is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel is an advantage. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
