As a Casino Gaming Trainee, your primary role is to learn andassist in various aspects of casino gaming operations. You will receivetraining in game rules, procedures, and customer service to ensure that you canprovide an enjoyable and safe experience for players.

Key Responsibilities:

Learningand understanding the rules and procedures of various casino games, such asblackjack, poker, roulette, and baccarat etc.

Assistingplayers with their bets, payouts, and other inquiries to ensure they have apositive experience.

Observingand reporting any suspicious activity or behavior to the appropriateauthorities.

Maintaininga clean and organized gaming area.

Learningand using computerized systems to record game transactions and payouts.

Assistingwith the setup and teardown of games and equipment.

Followingall company policies and procedures, including those related to safety andsecurity.

Maintaininga positive attitude and providing excellent customer service to players at alltimes.

Qualifications:
Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in gaming may be preferred.
