Trainee – Electrical / Mechanical Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Support installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities under the guidance of senior technicians/engineers.
Perform routine checks of machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, panels, and utilities.
Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain valuable housekeeping in the work area.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Assist in machine improvement, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance activities.
Learn and follow company maintenance standards and operating procedures.
Carry out any other work assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification
ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Mechanic) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Skills
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts, Extra OT payment will be provided
