3 6 years of experience in Veeva Vault testing or validation, preferably with QualityDocs / QMS.
Strong understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and life sciences quality processes.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality Suite validation documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Veeva Certified Qualified (Vault Quality Suite).
Candidates currently in notice period or available to join immediately will be preferred.
Exposure to regulated pharmaceutical or biotech settings is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute validation test scripts for Veeva Vault Quality Suite (QMS / QualityDocs).
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure application stability.
Create and maintain validation deliverables (URS, FRS, RTM, IQ/OQ/PQ).
Collaborate with configuration and QA teams to ensure system readiness and compliance.
Support system change control, release management, and audit preparation.
Document and report defects, deviations, and corrective actions.
