Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, play based, and inquiry driven learning experiences.
Foster children’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom setting.
Use creative teaching strategies including storytelling, music, art, movement, and hands on activities.
Observe and assess each child’s progress while maintaining detailed developmental records.
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.




Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events and learning experiences.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices where appropriate.
Maintain classroom resources, displays, and documentation to a high standard.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a reputed preschool or school.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for working with young children and creating joyful learning experiences.
