Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Experience: 1+ Year

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and follow up with leads and prospects through Upwork.

Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely responses.

Track and update lead statuses (Active, Passive, Hold, Closed).

Coordinate with the internal team to understand project requirements and service offerings.

Submit structured end-of-day reports covering follow-ups, client responses, and deal status.

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Upwork (mandatory).

Experience in lead management, client communication, and follow-ups through Upwork.

Basic understanding of website development services, including WordPress and Custom Web Development.

Basic understanding of mobile app development services such as iOS, Android, Flutter, or similar technologies.

Ability to handle multiple client conversations while maintaining organized records.
