We are looking for a explicit-speaking, persistent, and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying incoming leads, explaining our services/products, and scheduling appointments or sales follow-ups for our senior business development team.
The ideal candidate possesses convincing communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily calling and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Prospecting Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided database lists or inbound lead lists.
Deliver concise, engaging sales scripts and pitches to introduce our products or services.
Qualify potential leads by understanding their specific needs, requirements, and budget.
Appointment Setting & Conversions Schedule meetings, site visits, or product demos between qualified prospects and senior sales/business development representatives.
Follow up consistently on pending leads,
cold inquiries, and warm prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp/email.
Handle objections gracefully and answer customer inquiries accurately.
Data Entry & Pipeline Management Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up dates in the CRM/Excel database.
Meet daily and weekly targets for total calls made, talk-time, and qualified leads generated.
Share daily summary reports (MIS) with team leaders or management.
