At least 8 years of experience in FMCG Sales
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to maximize performance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, channel partners, key accounts, and customers.
Identify new business prospects and expand market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Analyze sales performance and prepare MIS and business reports.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and promotional activities.
Drive business growth while achieving assigned sales objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales operations and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
