Job descriptionfor Guest Relations Executive The Guest Relations Executive will be responsiblefor providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing guest feedback,and ensuring a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will beexpected to develop relationships with guests and be proactive in resolving anyissues that arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warmand friendly welcome, and ensure that their needs are met throughout theirstay.

Manage guest feedback,responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Develop positiverelationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalizedservice.

Coordinate with otherdepartments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests'requests are fulfilled.

Monitor guestsatisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve guest satisfactionratings.

Promote casino facilitiesand services

Manage guestreservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Maintain accuraterecords of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences.

Attend training anddevelopment sessions as required, to develop skills and knowledge required forthe role.

Perform other duties asassigned by the Gaming or VIP services departments





Qualifications:

Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent ; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or arelated field.

Experience in customerservice, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written.

Robust organizationaland time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Good attention todetail, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

Ability to work in ateam workplace, collaborating effectively with other departments.

Proficient computerskills, including Microsoft Office

Must be available towork flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be fluent inEnglish, and any additional language is an advantage.
