Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and a focus on achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, introducing them to current real estate listings, offers, and projects.

-Identify and qualify potential leads based on client needs, and pass on high-quality leads to the sales team. --Provide detailed information about properties (residential, commercial, or land) to clients over the phone, including price, location,



amenities, etc.
Schedule property viewings, meetings, or consultations between potential clients and sales representatives.
Answer questions about property listings, availability, documentation, and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team in follow-ups and negotiations by providing necessary details or reminders .

Both salary and commission based available.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
