Contact customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding pending payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Resolve basic customer queries related to payments and invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams to address payment-related issues.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Prepare and submit collection reports as required.
