Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Manager to lead a Data Engineering team and build scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership to deliver up-to-date data platforms that support analytics, AI, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
Build scalable data solutions using GCP, Python, SQL, BigQuery, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and DataOps best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data platforms.
Drive AI adoption and engineering best practices across the team.





Required Skills
8+ years of Data Engineering experience with 3+ years in team management.
Robust hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, DBT, Apache Airflow, and contemporary data architecture.
Robust understanding of Data Modeling, DataOps, and cloud-based data platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
