TrailBloom is a tourism and hospitality company based in Kozhikode, Kerala, dedicated to creating exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated Team Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary The Team Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing team activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily team operations.
Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
Ensure projects are completed on time.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Support management with operational planning.
Resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
Maintain smooth coordination between departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in a Team Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
