Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kollam. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and network communication equipment.

The specialist will monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure stable connectivity. Daily tasks include responding to service requests, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and providing clear communication and support to end users.



The role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining records of service activities, and contributing to improvements in system reliability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Telecommunications Systems and core Telecommunications principles.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to Customer Service.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Candidates should possess familiarity with network infrastructure, VoIP, and basic IT hardware and software support.
Relevant diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Kollam, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in telecom deployment, maintenance, or support roles, and awareness of data security and compliance best practices are beneficial.
