Role Description The Telemarketing Executive role at Pointo is a full-time, in office position based in North Barrackpore. In this role, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce Pointo's battery leasing and loan solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The Telemarketing

Executive will explain product features, answer customer queries, and provide clear information on pricing, plans, and service processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, updating CRM or call logs, following up on leads, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to support conversions.



The role also involves handling basic customer support issues, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong lead generation and sales skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into opportunities.
Candidates should possess customer service and customer support skills to manage inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Candidates should possess explicit and persuasive verbal communication skills, with active listening and the ability to explain information simply.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with call logs, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in North Barrackpore, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets.
Comfortable communicating in English and local languages, as relevant to the customer base.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
