Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Telemarketing

Executive will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients to generate leads, promote media offerings, and support sales campaigns.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, explaining services clearly, maintaining call records in CRM systems, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team. The role also involves handling basic inquiries, providing courteous customer support,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.

The Telemarketing

Executive is expected to meet daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining a professional and compliant approach to all interactions.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and Sales for business or media-related services.
Robust Communication abilities, including clear spoken English and active listening skills.
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, call logging, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets.
Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience is preferred.
Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
A collaborative mindset, resilience in handling rejection, and a robust drive to learn and improve.
