Role Description Freelance Corporate Trainer – 5S, Lean Manufacturing will design and deliver training programs on 5S methodology, lean principles, and continuous improvement for manufacturing and related sectors. This is a project based role based in Indore.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of 5S methodology, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement practices, with practical experience in implementation on the shop floor.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development, session planning, and use of adult learning methodologies.




Ability to conduct needs assessments, analyze processes, and translate operational challenges into structured training and coaching interventions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups and explain complex concepts clearly.
Comfort working in office in manufacturing and industrial environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, management, or a related field; professional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S implementation are an advantage.
Robust documentation and report-writing skills for preparing training materials, case studies, and post-training evaluation reports.
Ability to work collaboratively with client teams, demonstrate cultural sensitivity across sectors, and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
