Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Share accurate information on fabrics, prices, discounts, and offers.
Record customer details and pass information to the sales team when required.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
Fluent in Tamil and English with valuable communication skills.
Polite, skilled telephone manners.
