Role Description The Telecalling Executive at GigLobby is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This position involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to brands and creators, explaining GigLobby’s services, and guiding them through the onboarding and campaign setup processes.

The Telecalling

Executive will follow up on leads, maintain call logs and records in Excel sheet tools, and support conversion of prospects into active users of the platform. Day-to-day tasks include answering queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and providing transparent, courteous communication to ensure a smooth experience for both brands and creators.



The role also involves meeting call and conversion targets, sharing feedback from customers, and contributing to continuous improvement of scripts and communication materials.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening skills.

Candidates should possess customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should possess basic sales, lead follow-up, and persuasion or negotiation skills.

Candidates should possess data entry, record-keeping, and familiarity with Excel or call management tools.

Candidates should possess time management, organization, and the ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.

Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain concepts simply and professionally.

Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred.

Comfort with digital platforms and eagerness to learn about UGC, online marketplaces, and social media advertising.

Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
