Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, explaining our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain company products and services in a transparent and professional manner.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
