Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our Digital Doctor Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointments, providing information about healthcare services, following up with patients, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
Explain clinic services, health packages, and consultation processes.
Follow up with patients for consultations, reports, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic's CRM or management system.
Resolve basic patient queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for appointment management.




Meet daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining quality service.
Ensure patient data privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Positive interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
