Role & responsibilities
Coordinate induction, onboarding, and employee training programs.
Prepare training calendars, schedules, and training materials.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) with department heads.
Coordinate technical, behavioural, soft skills, and process training.
Maintain training records, attendance, training matrix, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.
Collect training feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Prepare SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.
Ensure training compliance and maintain audit documentation.
Track employee skill development and support L&D; initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical or MBA (HR) with 1 year of experience in Training & Development or HR.
Basic knowledge of employee induction, onboarding, and training coordination.
Ability to prepare training materials, maintain MIS, and coordinate training programs.
Valuable communication, presentation, and coordination skills
