Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role requires solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales and customer engagement targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. ability to communicate in hindi-mandatory Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.

Explain products, services, offers, and promotions to customers. Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or bookings. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, payments, and feedback.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or company databases. Address customer concerns and resolve basic queries or escalate them when necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.



Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email). Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven setting. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a BPO is preferred.
